Powering Up the Interchange Data Stores
The first step in unlocking the Central Processor is to power up all four Interchange Data Stores. To achieve this, you'll need to find an Atomic Battery for each of the Data Stores - A, B, C, and D. While this process may seem daunting, it's an essential step in preparing your way to access Oberon.
Enabling Data Store C and D
For Data Store C and D, the process is relatively straightforward. Simply locate an Atomic Battery for each store, and you'll be able to power them up. With all four Data Stores now lit up, you can proceed to the Central Processor room.
Powering On the Central Processor
Returning to the Central Processor room, you'll notice that the Data Stores are lit up, but the connection to the Central Processor and the lever to turn it on are still disabled. Fortunately, this is a simple process that requires the use of the Signal Redirector.
Equipping the Signal Redirector

As you go through this process, control panels will start to emerge from the floor. Once you've hacked each one, turn back to the main yellow panel and head to the lever. With the correct panel now accessible, you can pull the lever to power up the Central Processor.

As the Central Processor comes to life before your eyes, you'll experience a truly old-school sci-fi moment. The powering up of the Central Processor will also spring the Oberon door into life, allowing you to proceed down the corridor and continue your quest in a new direction.
Interacting with Dr. Garrow
If you've freed Dr. Garrow by this point, you'll be able to talk to her and hear her thoughts on your achievement. However, unless you've progressed her lead, there won't be anything else you can get from her.
